We have a dedicated emergency team based 24/7 at our Bolton Clinic where we can offer emergency care every day of the year.
With the exception of the out of hours supplement, all our other fees are the same as during our core hours.

£49 – Monday to Friday 18:30 – 23:00
£49 – Weekends and Bank Holidays 13:30 – 23:00 for clients who have used us in the previous 12 months, otherwise fee is applicable all day.
£109 – Everyday 23:00 – 07:30
For non-registered clients, or for those whose pet we have not seen in the last 12 months there is an extra £30 emergency supplement to the prices listed above.
Animals from across the North West use Animal Trust and we are proud to be able to offer an affordable in-house emergency service at Bolton.

What if I have an emergency outside normal opening hours?
Call the normal clinic number to speak to the emergency team.
With regret, we are not normally able to offer visits and you will be required to bring your animal to the surgery.
What if I have an emergency during normal opening hours?
Emergency cases during daytime hours do not need an appointment.
However, please do call the local surgery before coming down to let us know you are on your way.
Will we need to wait to be seen for an emergency?
Emergencies are seen on a triage basis with the sickest patients seen first.
At busy times this may mean that none urgent cases have a long wait and we appreciate your understanding with this.
