Book an Appointment

Our prescription service is suitable for pets who require regular, long-term medication. If your pet needs medication for a new problem or a reoccurring issue which they are currently not receiving medication for, please book a free consultation with your nearest Animal Trust vet to discuss your pet’s treatment options. Please allow 7 working days for medication requests to be processed.

We have the option for you to either collect your medication from your local Animal Trust surgery or to have it posted and a £5 supplement applies for this service. Please order at least 7 working days in advance of running low on your pet's medication to allow for delivery in non-urgent cases. Please note a face mask/face covering must be worn when attending the surgery and we only accept card payments.

The maximum amount of medication you can request at one time is two months except for flea and worm products where you may request up to 12 months supply. How much medication is prescribed is decided by your veterinary surgeon and less may be prescribed than requested.
