Ordering a Repeat Medication

Our repeat medication request facility is for pets who are already on long-term treatment. If your pet has a new or recurring problem that they are not currently receiving medication for, we’ll need to see them first. In this case, please book an appointment rather than using the repeat medication facility. 

Important Prescribing Information 

Veterinary medication is regulated by law, so we may sometimes need to see your pet before prescribing or continuing treatment. 

The maximum quantity we can prescribe at one time is: 
- Up to 12 months of flea or worming treatment 
- Up to 2 months of most other long-term medications 
Your vet may decide to prescribe less depending on your pet’s needs. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process medication requests. You can collect from your chosen Animal Trust surgery or choose postal delivery for £5.50. 

Note: Refrigerated items and controlled (scheduled) medications must be collected in person and cannot be posted.
