The Role:

We’re seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist for our Dewsbury clinic. You will be crucial in bridging our surgery operation’s clinical and non-clinical aspects. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling client queries, and supporting the clinical staff to ensure compassionate care for our patients.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Welcoming clients and their pets.
• Managing telephone queries.
• Handling medications and client transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the surgery.
• Providing empathetic support to stressed or grieving clients.
