We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at the Animal Trust clinic in Birkenhead, Wirral. This role is ideal for a veterinarian passionate about providing high-quality, affordable care to pets, particularly those in need. You will play a key role in a dynamic team, continually developing your skills while making a significant difference in the lives of animals and their owners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive veterinary care, including diagnostics, surgical procedures, and emergency care. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring each pet receives the best possible treatment. Work collaboratively with a team of veterinary professionals to enhance clinic operations and patient care. Engage actively with pet owners, offering compassionate support and clear communication about their pets' health and treatments. Contribute to the clinic’s growth by maintaining high standards of care and participating in community outreach efforts.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon, registered with the RCVS. Strong skills in emergency and critical care, with a robust ability to handle diverse medical cases. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to empathize with pet owners. Driven to learn and expand technical capabilities within a supportive team environment. Passion for participating in a community-focused veterinary practice.
