Referring Vets

We offer referral services from many of our sites, however, the majority of referrals will be directed to our 24/7 hospitals in Ellesmere Port, Bolton and Shrewsbury. Our sites are well equipped to deal with a wide range of referral work, from advanced diagnostic imaging to orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, and are open all year round, 365 days a year, to ensure continuity of care. Our most complex referrals will be directed to our talented Advanced Practitioners or residency-trained vets. 

All our services are competitively priced and are the same day or night. For additional peace of mind, we are also proud to offer our ‘help with complications’ promise. In the event of an unforeseen complication following surgery, we are able to provide further treatment or surgery for a fixed cost of £125.  

Referral enquiries are processed within 24 hours, or 4 hours if marked as urgent.
