RVN at Animal Trust
We’re looking for passionate, skilled registered veterinary nurses who want to be part of an innovative, growing organisation dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional care and shape the future of the profession. You’ll work alongside a team of highly qualified professionals, including numerous Cert and CertAVP vets, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow every day. You’ll care for a varied caseload from emergency surgeries, trauma, and advanced diagnostics to Schedule 3 procedures such as lump removals and wound management. We put pets first — no sales targets, just the right care. With access to modern facilities including digital imaging, dental imaging, CT, in-house labs, and surgical theatres, you’ll have the tools you need to succeed and allow your expertise to shine. Your voice counts here. Nurses are respected, involved in handovers, and have a real say in treatment plans. Come and work alongside like-minded professionals who share your values and commitment to exceptional care.

Being an RVN at Animal Trust Vets
No two days are the same at Animal Trust. Our social enterprise model means cost isn’t a barrier to treatment, so you’ll see and assist with a wide range of cases, including: Emergency surgeries for road traffic accidents and trauma | Complex medical cases like diabetic stabilisations and chronic illness management | Advanced imaging and diagnostics for orthopaedic injuries and internal medicine | Schedule 3 procedures such as lump removals, stitch-ups, and wound management. This is your chance to develop skills beyond routine vaccinations and nail clips, because our patients need more, and so do you.
Animal Trust is a social enterprise, so your focus is on patient care, not upselling.
