We are currently experiencing an issue with the My Animal Trust portal affecting appointments from 29th March onwards.
Appointments booked through the portal may appear 1 hour earlier than the actual appointment time. Your appointment has been booked correctly, but your actual appointment time is 1 hour later than what is shown in the portal. This applies to bookings on/after 29th March only.
Please check your email confirmation for the correct appointment time.
Our team is aware of the issue, and we are working to fix this as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend the correct appointment time (as shown in your email), please cancel your appointment in the My Animal Trust portal.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding while we resolve this issue.
