Our approach is designed to make the whole journey of care more manageable, from everyday veterinary care and routine surgery, to emergencies and referrals.

Care before profit
As a Community Interest Company we reinvest most of our income into care, access and our teams. This model helps us keep veterinary care at a fair price while continuing to invest in the people, facilities and services that pets rely on.
Animal Trust was founded by veterinary surgeon Owen Monie after seeing more pet owners struggle with the cost of treatment and discovering that insurance did not always cover referral care. Today, our independent network supports almost 10,000 pets every week.

Affordable care should still be high-quality care. Our veterinary teams put your pet's welfare first and will explain the suitable treatment options, expected costs and next steps. We work hard to keep prices reasonable while delivering quality care to your pet
All of our practices provide Everyday Vet Care, including routine surgery, while our hospitals in Bolton, Barnsley, Ellesmere Port, Teesside, Warrington and Shrewsbury also offer 24/7 emergency Pet A&E, referral-level treatment, surgery and round-the-clock inpatient care.
PawAssist Pet Health Plan
PawAssist helps make routine and preventive care easier to budget for. For £19.50 per month, the Health Plan covers Everyday Vet Care, with consultations included at no extra cost, alongside access to additional savings on eligible treatments and services. Fair prices with no surprises
You can view our published prices before you visit. Many of our hospitalisation and surgery packages are fixed price, giving you greater certainty and peace of mind. We also have a promise to help with complications. If your pet needs further tests or treatment, your veterinary team will discuss the choices and costs with you clearly.
