Wondering why we don’t charge for consultations? Because we believe it’s the right thing to do.

Charging for consultations can sometimes cause pet owners to hesitate to seek professional advice, worrying about the cost. Some struggle with the expenses of necessary re-checks or treatments, putting their pets’ health at risk. We believe helping here is a priority for us to deliver better access to veterinary care

Once you and your pet have had your free consultation, if tests or treatment are required there will be a charge for them, but we hope you’ll find them affordably priced. If no treatment or tests are needed you won’t pay a penny.
