Whether your pet needs a vet today or ongoing care throughout the year, PawAssist gives you the flexibility to choose what works for you. Choose a seven-day Pass or a monthly plan. All three include unlimited Everyday Vet consultations while active, alongside discounts on eligible medicines.

Choose your PawAssist
Three ways to access Everyday Vet Care, designed for different needs. For many years, Animal Trust has offered consultations without a separate fee, funded partly through the price of prescribing medicines. But we've listened to our clients and know medicine costs matter, particularly when a pet needs several medicines or ongoing treatment. So we're trialling a different way of funding Everyday Care. Where we reduce medicine costs and introducing more ways to access veterinary consultations through extra PawAssist plans and passes. Right now we're trialling this just in our new Hull surgery, but if we find it helps pets better access care, we'll be rolling it out to all our surgeries soon.

- Unlimted Everyday Vet consultations
- A medicine discount equivalent to our full standard dispensing fee on each eligible medicine - worth £27.30 per medicine
- Routine vaccinations, including eligible primary and booster courses
- Selected flea, tick and worming protection as prescribed

PawAssist is Animal Trust's way of helping clients access Everyday Care. You can choose a seven-day Pass or one of two monthly plans. All three include Everyday Vet consultations while active and offer discounts on eligible medicines, aswell as additional benefits on plus.
No. Our Pet A&E access is open to everyone, you don't need a PawAssist plan. However, if you do an active PawAssist plan when you use Pet A&E you may be able to use some of the PawAssist benefits, for example, the medicines discounts or lab tests benefit on the plus plan.
No. Your vet can refer you to our referral service without you having PawAssist.
No. PawAssist helps with defined Everyday Care and preventative healthcare costs. It does not insure your pet against accidents, illnesses or other veterinary expenses, and it isn't a replacement for pet insurance.
