Animal Trust Failsworth is one of the most popular surgeries in the Northwest, caring for 15000 pets a year. The surgery has a large team of vets and nurses, several of who have special interests and further qualifications and have been helping Animal Trust clients’ pets for many years. This means the surgery can offer more advanced services such as endoscopy, medicine case workups, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. It also has an advanced ultrasound and a modern laboratory service on site. While most clients come from the local region, it helps vets from further afield with some referral cases. The surgery also offers a full range of GP services such as dentistry, neutering, free consults and vaccines. The registered veterinary nurse team are a central point of the care service and will be key in owners providing the care their pet needs. The surgery partners with our Bolton 24/7 centre, who provide Hospitalisation and A&E services when Failsworth is closed and CT scanning when needed by our Failsworth patients.

The surgery has no eligibility criteria to join and is dedicated to providing a valuable service to the pet-owning community. Due to high demand, new clients are accepted by registering with a health plan.
